With oraïse you get all of the advantages from a single source.
The oraïse Best Practice Model takes into account your company’s specific requirements.
Our procedure model is largely modeled after the five proven project phases (PMBOK®; Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge from PMI®). We view controlling, executing and monitoring as independent stages.
Overview of the project phases:
1. Initiation
1. Initiation
Determining the scope in detail is the most important component for the success of a project. This includes defining the project from the customer’s perspective and determining the project objectives (detailed scope of goods and services). This is where the rough plan is drafted as the basis for the work breakdown structure (WBS).
2. Planning
2. Planning
The detailed project plan is developed after the project has been awarded: The project scope and structure are clearly defined, the project is divided into stages/milestones and a profitability analysis may also be performed, schedules and costs are estimated, risks identified, and countermeasures defined and drawn up so they can be taken immediately should the need arise. The result is the work breakdown structure (WBS), also called the detailed concept.
3. Execution – Monitoring and Control
3. Execution – Monitoring and Control
The information required for execution is defined within the scope of a workshop together with the departments involved in the project. Concepts are worked out and additional measures required for project implementation (e.g. programming work) are initialized.
Quality management is enforced, the rules of change management are established and a suitable reporting system is introduced.
Project controlling monitors the project status and quality. Continuous target-performance comparisons determine whether the goals of the project milestones are being reached. Should deviations from the plan occur, oraïse suggests corrective measures or recommends preventative measures within the scope of risk monitoring.
4. Closing

oraïse highly values precise documentation, which ensures a transparent project sequence and smooth procedures — for traceability in every project phase.
oraïse provides a systematic analysis for the official acceptance of the project with verification, documentation and communication of the (interim) project results. This also includes a listing of any problems that arose and how they were resolved.
